Today our new 'PDF Reporting Engine' leaves our labs for the production server. For those of you entering data in English, you won't see any difference. For those of you entering data in languages with non-Latin characters, this will open up a whole new world for you. All PDF exports are now UTF-8 compatible.

The new engine also allows us to create custom report templates at both organization-wide and individual team level. This allows us to adjust paperwork to match a team's reporting needs.
