D4H Community Support


 



Today we rebrand our 'Improve-It' section as 'D4H Community Support'. You may have noticed that we couldn't keep up with the amount of feature requests coming in - we reached 1,850 Improv-It posts (excluding direct emails!) and about 509 individual improvements you guys identified!



We have now imported all the public (old: shared with all teams) Improve-It's over to Suggest and Vote Ideas. We will attempt to mark each 'Planned', 'Done', 'Not Planned' as we catch up with ourselves.



There is also an Ask a Question area where you can publicly ask how to achieve something or how other teams use D4H to achieve something. The entire D4H community can reply and when you receive an answer you're happy with, mark it as 'Answered'.

We will be building out a Knowledge Base of articles as we write them. You're welcome to add to them too - we'll moderate this area a little and highlight the best help articles.



Within your D4H account you'll see a [Support] tab on the right hand side. Clicking this will ask you how we can help, and will search our knowledge base for an immediate answer before helping you submit a support request.

D4H Community Support is visible to the public, but only people with D4H accounts can engage and post content. Your sign-in is your standard D4H username and password. You can visit the Community Support by visiting:
