To view our new charts, once inside your D4H go to [Analytics] and pick a chart view on the right sidebar, e.g. Incidents->Duration.

Tip: Add a 'Tag Bundle' called [Problems] which you can tick if you encounter an issue which you'd like to track how it affects your response. e.g. Boat Refuel Required, Crew Delayed, Traffic in Area, etc. We can then help show you how it delays your response in a nice graphical format.
