Claire Gargan is the latest crew member at D4H, and the D4H HQ is starting to fill out. Claire takes over responsibility for sales & marketing and co-ordination of all international software trials. Claire is a Dublin Institute of Technology Marketing Alumni with a previous background in retail sales. On Friday Claire finished her initial 2 weeks training at the HQ, and will now be a main contact for many of you - you can reach her any time on claire.gargan@decisionsforheroes.com or speak to her anytime on +353 1 525 2970.

We're also now almost finished our interview process for our International Sales Manager, and should have an announcement soon. They'll be joining Claire in our "Department of World Domination".

This year, the National Association for Search & Rescue (NASAR) held their annual conference in Sparks, Nevada. Quite the trip from the D4H HQ in Ireland, but well worth it to meet all our friends there. The conference is packed with 3 days of classes and lectures from the best speakers across the United States in Search & Rescue. The D4H Demo Booth was installed and up and running for the duration. We also managed to record a podcast with many of the teams and exhibitors.



This special episode of our podcast was recorded live at the 2011 NASAR (National Association For Search & Rescue) annual conference held in Sparks, Nevada. Interviews with President Dan Hourihan, Bookshop and Membership Services Ellen, David from Sierra Rescue Tools, Terry from Durango EvacKart, Jen from Rescue 3, Paul and Mariano from Alameda County SAR, and Jeff from Civil Air Patrol.
