International Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Decisions [D4H] operated by ByteSurgery Ltd, is an innovative new emergency response team management technology continuing to experience rapid growth across the globe. Our international operation has had particular success and we are firmly committed to growing our capacity and to continue expanding our team accordingly. We are now looking for another ambitious person to join our crew.

Primary accountabilities include the development and relationship of marketing channels to drive lead generation, coordination of our international sales agents, and account management of existing customers and annual subscriptions. Reporting into the Managing Director, this role will focus on the management of public service, corporate, local government, and voluntary organisation sales leads, bringing them through our pipeline process, from first outreach to signing, and further re-subscription.

Key duties include:

• Production of digital marketing campaigns, market research, outbound sales calls and heavy email communication.
• Delivery and co-ordination of all open software accounts, including from our network of international representatives.
• Customer account management to drive usage, and ensure annual re-subscription of all open accounts.
• Production of quotes and invoices, accounts recievable, and follow-up on payments outstanding.
• First line response to general email, live chat, support queries, and phone enquiries.
• Design and implementation of international market entry campaigns and lead generation based on new product functionality.

As the candidate achieves a detailed understanding of our processes and services we would foresee them getting more involved in external facing activities including representation at International Emergency Response Trade Shows.

This is a big deal, but we're a small company and you will be shaping, developing, and creating real value within Decisions [D4H] and the emergency response community every single day. You'll get to know all our customers by name and build tight relationships in the industry.

The position is required immediately and is based from our D4H HQ offices in Howth, Dublin 13, Ireland (Easy to reach by M50, on the DART and 31 Bus from City Centre).

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in at least one of: technology, software, sales & marketing, public service, local government, emergency response, or a similar field.
• Highly organized, with good information management skills - able to spin many plates at once.
• Confident, high energy, contagiously enthusiastic, and motivated individual - both in person and on the phone.
• Professional and polished candidate with good written word, spelling, grammar, and capable of meetings in-person with senior-level customers.
• Involvement or interest in any form of emergency response would be a distinct advantage.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification or evidence of considerable experience.

Company Description

Decisions [D4H] is a web based emergency response team management, and analytics software. We do this by offering response teams a web application to record all the information that surrounds their rescue operations and training exercises. The company has traction and has been funded by Enterprise Ireland & the Arthur Guinness Fund and is now the stage of agressive scaling.
